Our History
Nelson and Gustavo, inspired by their parents’ work in healthcare, founded Eternal Life Services Corp. with a mission to improve the home health industry by prioritizing both compassionate care and team well-being. Their dedication to learning and service laid the foundation for a supportive work environment and personalized care. To strengthen their leadership, they partnered with Vanessa Ferrod, an experienced business professional with a strong background in customer retention, operations, and international marketing. Together, they are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and client-focused home health services that make a real difference.
With two established locations in South Florida—serving Miami-Dade and Broward Counties and supported by a network of over 8,000 Home Health Aides—Eternal Life Services has expanded its mission to North Texas. Nelson, Gustavo, and Vanessa have partnered with Eddie and Maria, lifelong friends turned business partners, to bring their expertise and passion to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. With shared backgrounds in healthcare, telecommunications, and marketing, this dynamic team is dedicated to building an agency unlike any other—focused on excellence, innovation, and truly making a difference in the lives of those they serve.
